Offshore Noise Protection in accommodation

To improve staff amenities, effective noise protection treatment was required within bulkhead and partition walls in the offshore accommodation.

Approval to the relevant codes, as well as with ISO 9001 quality system certification, the builders were confident the highly specialised product solutions will met the specification and performance requirement for the complete period of operation life.
The results
Pyrotek's flexible mass loaded vinyl (MLV) noise barriers offer superior acoustic transmission loss. With adequate performance and compliance to Norsok acoustic requirements for pipe lagging, specific Wavebar varieties can be installed around LNG and cryogenic pipelines, inside cavities and over lightweight walls and ceilings.
