Thermal Insulation & Valve Covers

Removable insulation covers for ducting, pipes, valves and flanges are an effective, convenient and low cost solution to reduce heat loss and decrease energy bills. Typically made in several unique layers of different materials they can be tailored to suit according to temperature and customer requirements.

Valve covers are customised. Sewn jackets are used for covering pipes, flanges, fittings, strainers, pipes, filters and regulators, pumps, manifolds. Applications include oil refineries, petrochemicals, gas plants, power plants, turbine plants. Essentially in any plant where there is a need to prevent heat loss.
